ABSTRACT: With the transformation of China's energy structure and the proposal of the “dual carbon” strategy, the large-
scale integration of new energy and new loads poses new challenges and requirements for the power system. As a new
technological form integrating distribution-side resources such as sources, grids, loads, and storage, the microgrid,
characterized by its clean, efficient, flexible, and intelligent features, shows significant value in the construction of new type
power systems. This paper comprehensively elaborates on the development status and future trends of microgrid technology
under the background of the new type power system. Firstly, the relationship between the new type power system and
microgrids is analyzed, exploring the origin, functional positioning, and core value of microgrids. Then, it conducts an in-depth
study of a series of key microgrid technologies, including planning and design, operation control, energy management, system
equipment, modeling and simulation, and comprehensive evaluation. Based on the development needs of the new type power
system and the technical characteristics of microgrids, this paper explores future development scenarios and functional
positioning of microgrids. It concludes by summarizing the core technological value of microgrids, aiming to provide
references for the continuous innovation and application of microgrid technology.

摘要:随着我国能源结构的转型和“双碳”战略目标的提出,新能源和新型负荷的大规模接入对电力系统提出了新的
挑战和要求。微电网作为配电网侧源网荷储资源集成的新技术形态,以其清洁高效、灵活智能等特征,在新型电力系
统构建中展现出了重要价值。该文在新型电力系统背景下,全面阐述了微电网技术的发展现状和未来趋势。首先,分
析了新型电力系统的构建与微电网的关系,探讨了微电网的起源、功能定位和核心价值;其次,深入研究了微电网系
列关键技术,包括规划设计、运行控制、能量管理、系统装备、建模仿真及综合评价等;结合新型电力系统发展需要
及微电网的技术特征,探讨了未来微电网发展场景和功能定位,最后总结微电网的核心技术价值,旨在为微电网技术
的持续创新和应用提供参考。
